Terms and Conditions
Return requests are accepted only when:

There is a clear error in the piece or a discrepancy from what was displayed, provided that the piece is in its original condition, completely unused, and the request is submitted within a maximum of two days from the date of receipt.

Case of an error on the part of the Store, the customer will not bear any return fees.

In Case of cancelling or returning a single item from an order containing multiple items due to a manufacturing defect, the customer does not have the right to cancel the entire order unless approved by the Store.

The Store reserves the right to cancel the order or any item within the order in the event of a manufacturing defect, after informing the customer.

The customer does not have the right to cancel the entire order if one item out of several is cancelled due to a manufacturing defect.
Return Mechanism Outside Riyadh:

If the customer is located outside Riyadh, they must deliver the shipment to the nearest shipping branch (SMSA or RedBox).

(DHL shipping company is excluded from this).
Alterations and Sizes:
-
The cut of the Abaya cannot be changed.
-
The fabric type cannot be changed.
-
Snaps (buttons) cannot be added, nor can any modifications be made to the piece.

Available sizes: 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60 (additional sizes may be available for some designs).
Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for:

Reviewing all photos of the piece and notes added on our website or our Instagram account (@faai.sa).

Choosing the color and size accurately, noting that some designs differ in measurements from the general size chart.

Tracking the shipment after it has been handed over to the shipping company.

Providing correct delivery information and responding to the shipping company.
In Case of Lost or Damaged Shipment:

If the shipment is lost or damaged due to reasons related to the shipping company, we will resend a replacement piece without charging the customer any additional fees.

Exceptions include:
-
Entering incorrect contact details or address.

Customer failure to respond to the shipping representative.

In Case of Returned Shipment (Non-Receipt): If the shipment is not received by the customer and is returned to the Store:

We will wait to reship the order.

The customer bears the new shipping fees.
-
The order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Additional Terms:

The Store reserves the right to cancel the order in case of a manufacturing defect, after informing the customer prior to cancellation.

Orders submitted after 3:00 PM will have their first processing business day calculated starting from the following day.
